Who We Are

Julie LawnJulie Lawn
Director and Training Manager

A social entrepreneur, with a background in marketing and vocational training for disadvantaged people, Julie's wide experience is proving invaluable for Cute Dog's client base. Her aim is to bring added value to business by sourcing funding for training to help our customers pay as little as possible for Cute Dog's services.

Julie also has a keen interest in Sales, Customer Service, Project Management, Management Training and Social Enterprises as well as vocational accreditation and has devised and delivered diverse training solutions.

She has enabled Cute Dog to bring funded training solutions and apprenticeships to over 500 people in the last 5 years. She has worked with Job Centre Plus to bring young people from Surrey and Sussex to local employers and create training courses which result in real jobs - over 50 to date!

Mike LewisMike Lewis

Mike worked in retail management at various levels for 30 years, working for a number of large nationals and heavily involved in training. Mike then decided to focus on individual support of in work candidates, and trained as an NVQ assessor with specialisms in Sales Customer Service and Management He has now helped over 200 candidates to achieve their NVQs and apprenticeships in customer service business and administration and management. He holds a PTLLS qualification and higher level assessing TAQA. He is a qualified safeguarding officer for Cute Dog

Zephina CharleryZephina Charlery

Zephina initially started her tender career within the social care setting, caring for challenging young people in a residential environment also fostering looked after children in her own home. Then in 2008, realizing her passion and entrepreneurial flair began consulting for businesses and lectures within the beauty industry as well as being given a fantastic opportunity to work for Cute Dog, assessing students in Customer service and Sales Apprenticeships
